Summer Neutrals

In contrary to the high-impact color blocking trend, here am I wearing neutrals for summer. Few weeks ago I was in search for a fabric for my skirts as I find no skirt in stores that´s pretty enough for me. Since I know dressmakers around who agreed to turn my preferred designs into wearable pieces, grabbed the opportunity and ordered two skirts so as to start. This nude ruffled skirt is one of them.

DIY Cutoff

Cutoff shorts done by yours truly. I´ve got this Abercrombie & Fitch pants that´s just been hanging in my closet and unused for more than a year. I decided to cut it off satisfying my new denim shorts need. As they said when there´s this item in your closet left untouched for a year or so, give it away or alter it - uncluttering your closet 101. Donned this outfit yesterday to accompany my hubby in his voice/band practice.

V-Neck White Tee Ensemble

A deep neckline, fitted or unfitted to the body, a perfect V-neck white tee can bring you through casual or glamorous dressing. I was browsing google today to get inspiration for the white tee (as posted here) I purchased yesterday. Selected few photos after the jump. Expect several post with white tee this season. I´ll be creating ensemble or rather using that white shirt often. 

It´s SeptemBER

I am doubly happy with the coming of September. It´s the start of spring season and yeah I can now wear my favorite summer clothes. When Semptember comes it means that the happiest time of the year - Christmas is near.  More exciting come the last BER month as me and my hubby agreed on something. We have been adhered to the same place that´s not making us grow to the best of our God-given potential. We should move forward. September is also mom and my sisters birthday month. September is indeed loved. 

With the breaking of the month and the transition to spring, a little shopping wouldn´t hurt, grabbed my most needed basic white tee and another flipflops.

Hering basic white tee I can mix and match with a lot of bottoms. The number 1 on my list of spring/summer essential. The V-shaped collar and its texture made me chose Hering.

Havaianas sandals in candy color for day to day errands, barbeque parties, and strolling at the beach. my dermatologist forbade me from using rubber slippers but I´ve been using it lately and no sign of allergy appears. (hey, it my ugly feet..yeah i know)..
